A year that ended magnificently!

December 30, 2011

2011 turned out being the best year in my life. The year may have not started too great but it ended in a way I never could’ve ever anticipated. I grew as a person in many different aspects over the year. I came out of my shell finally, I learned to have faith in myself and finally found my confidence. I also started to share my insights about the world to many of my friends. Two very important people came into my life during the year. One showed me that I could obtain something that I never thought was possible. The other person that came to my life made me realize that dreams can actually true,
When 2011 started I was still in a lot of pain but I learned to finally overcome that pain. For the first good couple of months I spent most of my time on my bed due to a medical problem that caused me unbearable pain. But that problem was finally fixed in the late spring of the year. And I finally was able to start sleeping through the night once again since I was able to get more help for the nights. For the most part I was pain free and any pain I did have I was able to block it out with my mind. Towards the end of the year, I was given a great bill of health, and even lost more weight.
I did lots of thinking throughout 2011 and started to realize how I could start helping others. I became very philosophical, and would slowly post my thoughts on how to be a better person. For anyone that wanted to listen to what I had to say. Even though at first, it seemed like nobody cared to hear my words of wisdom and then I could finally see that people were listening to what I had to say. And by knowing that I finally realized my purpose is to help others so they can find peace within them and spread that peace to the people in their lives.
This year I also met one best friend, who showed me my true potential. He told me I was able to find a girl, because I was kinder, cared more about others and was different than most men. He said that I was such a likable person that finding a girl was actually possible. He also showed me how to be more confident and to never put myself down, because before this that was all I did. He made me realize that being positive instead of thinking negative thoughts because positive things would happen to me if I stayed positive. He was absolutely correct and for that I’m truly grateful.
The best thing that actually happened to me in 2011 was finding the girl who I believe is the other half my soul. She was the first person to ever accept me even though I am disabled. She saw past all that showed me that anything was truly possible. She is the most special person to ever come into my life, though she is on the opposite side of the world. She inspired me to stop hiding behind my disability and become the person I was always meant to be. I am truly blessed that she came into my life.
I also got to be in one of my other best friend’s wedding and was able to be part of the most important moment in his life. Many other wonderful events also happened this year. I got to spend a lot of time with friends and family and was given an awesome 30th birthday party, which I got to spend with all of them.
This year might have started out horribly, but ended in such a wonderful and exciting way. I foresee 2012 being even more wonderful than 2011. I hope that many life changes will happen for me in the coming year and beyond.

Top 10 moments of my life 2011
10. Making it to the age of 30, thanks to my disease progressing very slowly.
9. Accepting myself as I am, should’ve accepted myself a long time ago.
8. Being in excellent health, excellent bill of health and my heart hasn’t changed in six years.
7. Finally standing up for myself, finally told somebody that was in my life for 10 years that I could not have lived my life, because I would just be in a negative mood around that person.
6. Finding inner peace
5. Understanding the world around me even better, with all the horrible things going on in the world. I came to an understanding that bad things happen to most people, because most people are horrible.
4. Knowing my purpose in life, realizing that helping others could actually change the world for the better.
3. Started writing my biography finally, found the inspiration to start writing it.
2. Making a new best friend, one of the coolest and most insightful people I ever met.
1. Finding the one, self-explanatory and it’s all you need to know

Things I want to accomplish in 2012
10. Finish my book; hopefully many people will want to read the finished product.
9. Going to Singapore, to meet somebody very special to me.
8. Become an excellent Asian music freelance writer/blogger, I believe the next musical craze in the Western world will be Asian music, which I have a great passion for.
7. Help make the world more peaceful, to try my best to let others know that peace is actually possible even though it will be very hard to make happen.
6. Make people treat the environment the right way, most people haven’t noticed that all this crazy weather that has happened over the last few years is actually caused by us and we need to change that or we are all doomed.
5. To get better at my Japanese, so I can understand it well enough to at least hold a civil conversation with a Japanese person.
4. Do everything I’ve been afraid to do, like finding a job that I have a great passion for I have a couple ideas. But they will have to wait for the latter part of the year
3. Try many different types of food I never have tried, is asked to do with my trip to Singapore. But I’ve always been a huge fan of food from around the world and would like to eat more of it.
2. Spread my happiness to everyone around me, hopefully my happy outlook in life and my laughter can bring happiness to everyone that comes into my life.
1. Make a life changing decision; this will probably be the hardest decision of my life, but if I want to be happy I will have to do it.

Hope 2012 will bring wonderful memories and good fortune to everyone throughout the year. Enjoy the coming year my friends!!! Hopefully the world won’t end like some crazy people are predicting. Should have my best of lists up in the next couple of days. Enjoy life everyone!

Power of Music

December 2, 2011

Have you ever listened to a song that changed your life? I believe music can bring immense happiness and peace to our world. Any song that inspires you, brings you joy and happiness, or makes you become a better person. These types of songs can be the catalyst we desperately need to occur within our societies to start moving us towards peace. My goal is to bring artists from all over the world together and create a song that will encompass the world with vibes of happiness. This song must inspire people to be loving and kind to every living thing, make the listeners full of happiness inside and out, and to change the way they view the world around them for the better. Some of you probably think I’m spouting crazy nonsense, but whenever I’m feeling depressed I play a song that always makes me feel happy and It makes those thoughts just magically disappear. This simple thing can change the way you feel.

What if we could use something ever so simple to help bring peace into our crazy world? I first realized this when I started listening to Genki Rockets 1st album “Heavenly Star”. Every time I would listen to that album I would feel pure happiness. Which in turn made me realize what great power music truly holds. There are a plethora of songs that can make you feel certain things like love, inspiration, or sorrow.

If this song of happiness is created all it needs is a fraction of our population to hear it. Then with their happiness it will trigger it in people around them and hopefully it will start to heal our world from all the horrible things that happen every single day. I think if we don’t start this healing very soon we will destroy ourselves and the world. Change must go in the positive direction which isn’t currently happening. If you just turn the news for a few minutes usually 80% of the stories are about people hurting each other, animals and even our environments. One day I hope all we see on the news is stories of peace, joy and unity.

I have experienced what always seems like impossible trails my whole life, but they made me understand things most will never understand in their lives. I feel my purpose in life is to try and let humanity see the way to true peace. I will use the great power that music can produce to bring peace to us all.

Thoughts

November 13, 2011

I have MD and am in a wheelchair. But even though I am not able to walk it doesn’t mean I can’t live a normal life. I do not really fall into any stereotypes most think about people like me. I have experienced many things in my life and I am very philosophical because of those experiences. I want to show the world that there are people with disabilities out there that can lead normal lives. As I’ve gotten older, I have a greater understanding of how the world around us affects us all. I believe that I can change how most think about people like me. I find it very sad that many people will not give somebody like me a chance because of their situation. I want to open people’s eyes to see things the way I see the world. Our world is such a beautiful place, but most will never get to experience its true beauty.
And if I can do that, anything is possible. Many people can’t seem to comprehend what purpose your life should entail. We are giving one life and instead of loathing most things embrace your life. Everyone tries to figure out the true meaning of life, I may have found the meaning. It is an ever so simple meaning; it involves compassion and love for all living things. To live in harmony with everything is the key. Doing good deeds for other will in turn make them do a good deed. Doing this could actually bring peace to the world. But there is one problem, hatred within a majority of people. The corruption we see on a daily basis whether it be witnessing in your life or seeing it on your television. It is disgusting that we hate each other for our beliefs or the way we look. Most of humanity needs to be awoken to the fact that everyone is different, but that shouldn’t make you hate another person. What else we must give to one another is the freedom to live your life the way you see fit.
You may question why I say these things even though so many live in deplorable conditions. It is very upsetting that there are so many people that go hungry everyday and persecuted by unfair laws of tyrannical leaders and overlords. If everyone on this planet could just see that this is a way nobody should ever live. We are all connected even if you don’t want to believe that but we are all one. We are each one strand of a collective fate; if we keep going down this path of darkness we are all fated for doom. Mother earth has been slowly showing us signs lately we must stop destroying her. These are signs we should all understand as a cry for us to stop. The governments and corporations seem to have only one care and that is greed. Greed in turns hurts our environments and is slowly poisoning everything including man. Extremely weird odd natural events keep happening including more powerful storms and devastating earthquakes some which are happening where they shouldn’t be. I see these horrible, natural disasters as Mother Nature’s warning us if we don’t stop a great natural cataclysm shall befall us all. It pains me every time a truly horrible disaster happens we lose more of our brothers and sisters. To stop this we must learn to love our earth mother and protect her well being. The reason I am showing you my true thoughts and beliefs is to prove I am different from almost all other men. Not because of my disability but through my soul my truest self is shown.
I use to be completely scared to tell others of my condition but I believe being honest to others let’s me be honest to myself. To embrace myself will let others embrace me in my beautiful wonderment. The depth of one’s soul is who we are nothing less or nothing more. I all want is to find the woman whose soul is complementary to mine.

Why Yui is in my blog header

October 30, 2011

The reason Yui was chosen for my blog header, is because I can easily relate to her situation. If you have seen the Angel Beats! Anime then you’ll understand why. For those of you who haven’t all I can is she disabled like me. Yui sings a song called “My Most Precious Treasure” (一番の宝物, Ichiban no Takaramono), sang by Girls Dead Monster feat. LiSA. Every time I hear this song I usually shed some tears. It’s a touchingly beautiful song; everyone should give it a listen.

Going in a new direction

October 25, 2011

I’ve decide to change the direction of this blog. My true passion in life is music from Japan and east Asia. I want to show the world the beautiful music coming from those countries. I will still post about other things just not as often as before. The blog name will still stay the same since it still fits.

I believe deep within my soul that music can bring peace to the insanity that exists in our world. Creativity is the most important aspect to humanity. Without it we as a people wouldn’t have a reason to exist. Our hopes and dreams is where creativity stems from. Everyone has creativity within their selves, for some it may be harder to find than for others. Let your inner muse shine through and share it with the world!
